Parents are free to use their funding at any registered setting, and may choose to use their child’s entitlement between settings. For example, parents may choose to use their child’s 15/30 hour funding entitlement between a childminder and a pre-school setting.

Children in receipt of the Free Early Education entitlement are entitled to a maximum of 30 hours of funded pre-school education per week for 38 weeks a year. We offer the Free Early Education in 3-hour blocks, Monday to Friday 9am – 12 noon & 12 noon – 3pm. Any additional non-funded sessions can be paid for by cash, cheque or Bacs.
