Staff

Staff undertake ‘Safeguarding training, and ‘First Aid’ within three months of starting to work in the setting to ensure every child’s safety.

Staff are monitored through observations and one to one support meetings, where any additional training needs can be identified, and appropriate training booked to ensure their continuing professional development.

The setting is led by a committee of parents, as such, they contribute to the how the setting is managed.
